Cindy Porteous, Executive Director
Cindy was appointed the executive director of the Indianapolis Parks Foundation in December 2000. She has more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit management and fund development. Previous experience includes the Ruth Lilly Center for Health Education and the National Association of Governor's Councils on Physical Fitness and Sports. A lifelong resident of Indianapolis, Cindy enjoys biking, hiking and kayaking with her husband, Mark. They have six children and seven grandchildren.

Lori Hazlett, Fund Development and Grants Director
Lori has been with the Indianapolis Parks Foundation since December 2005. She has over 20 years experience in nonprofit administration and development. Previous experience includes the Sierra Club Hoosier Chapter, Ronald McDonald House and the American Heart Association. Lori grew up in central Indiana and has been a resident of Indianapolis for 16 years. Lori enjoys exploring outdoors with her husband Justin and two daughters, Skylar and Zoe.

Jenny Burrough, Community Affairs Director
Jenny joined the Indianapolis Parks Foundation in January 2012 after three years of managing marketing and development for Indy Parks & Recreation. Jenny is a graduate of Indiana University where she studied journalism with a focus on public relations and marketing. While attending IU, Jenny was a board member of the school’s Public Relations Student Society of America chapter and active in the School of Journalism. She is an avid IU sports fan and all things Hoosier. Jenny was born and raised in Evansville, where she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. Jenny moved to Indianapolis in 2008, she enjoys reading, Pinterest and playing at Northwestway Park with her daughter Amelia.

Elizabeth McDonald-Zwoyer, Administrative Assistant
Elizabeth joined the Indianapolis Parks Foundation in February 2012. She has worked for the Indianapolis Cultural Trail, Inc., the INDYCOG, and the Indianapolis Museum of Art. Elizabeth holds a BA in Sociology and Gender Studies from Smith College. Sara Landrum, Grant Writer
Sara joined the Indianapolis Parks Foundation in November 2008. She has more than 10 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, specifically in fund development. Sara works with several nonprofits to help them build capacity in the areas of grantseeking and management. Prior experience includes The Children's Museum of Indianapolis. Sara is a graduate of Hanover College and holds a Master of Public Affairs from Indiana University. A lifelong resident of Indianapolis, Sara and her husband, John, are avid runners and heavy users of the trails and resources at Indy Parks.
