Indianapolis Parks Foundation (IPF) is a small organization, employing only five employees, two full time and three part time staff, executive director, community affairs director, fund development and grants director, grants and database manager, and an event coordinator. However, without the time, energy and expertise of a number of individuals including board members and volunteers IPF would not be able to effectively accomplish its mission.
